By signing up for or using Hotline (“the Service”) operated by HotlineTXT.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Hotline is an SMS-based system that allows customers to send text messages to a business phone number. The Service uses AI to classify incoming messages and notifies registered business owners of important issues via SMS. Business owners interact with the Service entirely via SMS commands.
Business owners: By completing signup and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from Hotline, including:
Message frequency varies based on customer activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.
To opt out of SMS alerts at any time, text STOP to your assigned Hotline number. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Text HELP for assistance or contact Connect@HotlineTXT.com.
Customers: Customers who text a Hotline business number are not opting in to any marketing messages. Their messages are forwarded to the relevant business owner only.
You may use Hotline only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to:
You are responsible for keeping your phone number and account information current and accurate. You are responsible for all activity associated with your Hotline account. Notify us immediately at Connect@HotlineTXT.com if you suspect unauthorized use.
Hotline offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial period, continued use of the Service is subject to the then-current pricing listed on HotlineTXT.com. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
Either party may terminate the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after 90 days.
Hotline is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that alerts will be delivered within any specific timeframe. AI message classification is probabilistic and may not be 100% accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HotlineTXT.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including any missed or delayed alerts.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of applicable jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via SMS or email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
